The Legal Journal of Technology (TLJT) invites submissions engaging with law in its evolving relationship with technology. We welcome scholarly writing that is original, analytical, and forward-looking, addressing contemporary developments in areas such as AI regulation, privacy & data protection, cybersecurity, blockchain, fintech, platform governance, IP in technology, digital competition, tech-policy, ODR, and emerging technological intersections.
Our publication model offers two avenues for authors:

Ensure your work is original and unpublished.

Submissions not following formatting/citation rules may be returned for revision.

Co-authorship is allowed as per format-specific rules.

Author Agreement

The articles or response pieces submitted for publication should be an original work of the author and should have not been published previously or currently submitted for publication to any other platform.

The author is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of statement of facts, opinions or views in the submission.

In case of any plagiarism found in the submitted article, it will be rejected. TLJT maintains a less than 33% policy towards plagiarism.
